Zomato and Blinkit set to take the next leap, plans to introduce generative AI to enhance its services, claims report

Reportedly, food delivery company Zomato is testing generative AI to improve the overall customer experience. Blinkit, a quick commerce platform, is also recruiting experts in machine learning, data science, and natural language processing to create AI-driven products, as per report.
