Open war in Maharashtra, BJP trying to destabilize government: Raut

Shiv Sena's firebrand leader Sanjay Raut has once again launched a sharp attack against former ally, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing it of trying to destabilize the Maharashtra government. Raut claimed Governor BS Koshyari was not approving several decisions of the state government due to "pressure" from the Centre. The Raj Bhavan and the Maharashtra government were engaged in an open war, he asserted.
