India have won the toss and elected to bat in the second Test at the Chepauk Stadium. The visitors presently lead the four-match series 1-0 after winning the series opener by 227 runs. They would want to extend their dominance by exerting pressure on the Indians initially. Besides, this is a do-or-die contest for Team India with respect to the ICC World Test Championship.
