Across six states — Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, and Tamil Nadu — more than 17,000 people got the first dose of coronavirus vaccine on the second day of the inoculation drive, the Union Health Ministry said last evening.
