Four skip Mamata Banerjee's cabinet meeting, spark speculations of resignations

Four cabinet ministers skipped the meeting convened by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday, triggering speculations that more resignations could hit Trinamool Congress.
