Cold wave sweeps Delhi at 3.4 degree Celsius

A cold wave swept Delhi on Sunday as it recorded the coldest morning of the season so far at 3.4 degree Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. "The observatory recorded a minimum of 3.4 degree Celsius, five notches below the normal, on Sunday morning," an IMD official said. The mercury dipped to 3.3 degree Celsius at Lodhi Road.
